Charlotte County Community Services is dedicated to providing sports and athletic programs to serve a broad range of community needs. Our programs and events strive to improve the quality of life for all Charlotte County residents and visitors.

Charlotte County Community Services partners with many organizations throughout Charlotte County to provide quality programming for all residents. CCCS partners with the Punta Gorda/Englewood Beach Visitor & Convention Bureau to generate tourism through sporting events in Charlotte County. Events include the Snowbird Classic College Baseball Invitational, Spring Fling College Lacrosse Invitational, and several other tournaments held at Charlotte County athletic fields. Charlotte County also partners with the Youth Sports Council to bring quality programs to the youth of Charlotte County. The purpose of the YSC is to coordinate and promote the planned sports activities of various Charlotte County independent athletic organizations with the Charlotte County Community Services Department to provide the citizens of Charlotte County the opportunity to participate in amateur sports programs on or in quality athletic facilities.
